Verify if a patient has Medicare coverage and retrieve their Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI).

Note on rate limiting: There is a maximum of 3 concurrent requests allowed per API key.
Exceeding this limit will result in 429 Too Many Requests responses.

While the API supports concurrent connections, all requests from the same API key are processed in sequence to ensure data consistency.
